Thank you for your interest in becoming a
volunteer at our site! The Carter House
is a non-profit organization with the goal of educating the public
about the significance
of the Battle of Franklin and its impact on the Carter family. Our
continued operation is
based on our visitors and the experience they receive at our location.
Therefore,
efforts through both our staff and volunteers are integral in maintaining
this site.
Volunteers at the Carter House have the opportunity
to help in any capacity they want—from
behind the scenes tasks to leading tours. Though we are a small site,
there is always plenty to do!
